Scott Lampard was appointed Executive Vice President and Managing Director - Head of Global Banking for HSBC Bank Canada in August 2020.
In this role, he is responsible for the Bank's Corporate and Investment Banking and Capital Markets businesses. Mr. Lampard is also a member of HSBC Bank Canada’s Executive Committee. Previously, Mr. Lampard was Head of Global Markets and Capital Financing for HSBC Bank Canada.
Prior to joining HSBC in September 2015, Mr. Lampard was President and Chief Executive Officer of Deutsche Bank Canada. Before joining Deutsche Bank, Mr. Lampard worked at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and JPMorgan in Toronto, New York, Sydney, London, and Hong Kong in various businesses including Fixed Income Trading, Debt Capital Markets, Syndicate, Corporate and Investment Banking.
Mr. Lampard is a member of the Board of Governors of Ridley College and Chairs the College’s Finance, Audit and Human Resources Committee, and holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Western Ontario University.
