Editable PDFs and Annotations in FutureVault

Fillable PDFs (v5.3.0) – Released: January 31, 2024
FutureVault now supports Fillable PDFs, allowing users to complete and edit PDF forms directly within their Vaults. This feature eliminates the need for external tools and streamlines workflows for managing financial forms, contracts, and other essential documents.

      • Editable Fields: Fill in text, checkboxes, and form fields directly.

      • Save Progress: Save incomplete forms and return later to finish them.

      • Annotations: Add highlights, sticky notes, and drawings for internal discussions.

      • Secure Collaboration: Share completed forms securely within the platform.

    Introducing Vault Types for Clients (v5.4.0) – Released: February 21, 2024
    Vault Types allow administrators to create customized vault structures for different client segments (e.g., individuals, households, or business clients) with predefined folders, entity information and permissions, providing tailored organization and improved client experience.

        • Client Segmentation: Segment clients based on entity type, store relevant information, and assign tailored Vault structures.

        • Improved User Experience: Predefined vaults simplify document management.

      New Columns on Client List (v5.4.0) – Released: February 21, 2024
      To enhance overall administrative workflow and experience, FutureVault added two new columns to the Client List: Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) Status and Middle Name, improving administrative oversight and client communications.

          • 2FA Status: Track clients who have enabled 2FA for added security.

          • Personalization: The middle name column helps create more personalized correspondence.

        Multi-Factor Authentication in FutureVault

        Enhanced MFA Options with Authenticator Apps (v5.5.0) – Released: March 21, 2024
        FutureVault now supports Authenticator Apps like Google Authenticator for Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), offering more flexibility and security for user accounts.

            • TOTP Support: Use time-based one-time passcodes for secure account access.

            • Mobile App: Authentication App verification was also implemented for mobile apps.
